Jadon Sancho has done it 2017 and now another Englishman could be on the move to Germany. RB Leipzig have reportedly been interested in signing Tammy Abraham this summer. The Chelsea striker currently on loan at Aston Villa is once again proving himself as a great Championship striker ready to step up.
Abraham scored 21 goals in 29 Championship appearances this season, keeping Aston Villa in top half of the table. Leipzig are reportedly ready to offer £20m for the 21-year old, The Sun claim. German side is known for discovering under-23 talents all around Europe, with their network of clubs, but now they are apparently ready to even chase some better known players.
Last season, Abraham had a tough year at Swansea, in a chaotic squad which ended up relegated, but Bundesliga could suit him even more, where younger players are given more chances to play and Leipzig are also bound to play in Champions League next season, currently sitting pretty in third place.
The only thing that could stop this transfer is Chelsea s transfer ban.
